Located in the city of Worcester, England, Sixways Stadium is the county’s premier sporting venue and home to the Worcester Warriors rugby team. The stadium has the capacity to hold 11,499 people with onsite parking for around 1,000 vehicles. Additional facilities include 60 meeting rooms and additional conference and hospitality suites. While Sixways Stadium is often used for rugby union matches it also hosts live music and public entertainment events on a regular basis. Famous musicians who have played at the stadium include the band Status Quo and the Canadian star, Bryan Adams.
The exceptional East Stand was finished during 2008 and marks the gateway to the city of Worcester. This multimillion pound expansion houses truly excellent facilities including The Duckworth Suite, The Business Club, The Hindlip Suite, The Worcester Suite and The Pitchview Suite as well as many corporate hospitality boxes.
The venue is superbly furnished and is available for exhibitions and large corporate events as well as an innovative wedding venue and location for dedicated cultural celebrations. All activities are supported by a team of catering experts committed to providing excellent hospitality.
Access to the East Stand is through the glass-fronted entrance on the north side of the venue. It is also the location of the main reception, Sixways Store and Warriors ticket office. The venue is located just of the M5 Motorway at junction 6.
The East Stand is can be accessed through main glass-fronted club reception. Located inside is the popular Sixways Store and Ticket Office for the Warriors club. Visiting the stadium is definitely one the best things to do in Worcester.
