One of Worcester’s ‘must visit’ hot spots, Bushwackers Nightclub is located in Trinity street near the heart of the City centre. Renowned for its great DJ’s and evening events, the club is popular with a wide range of people from Uni students to city visitors.
Often nicknamed just ‘Bushies’ it’s a late-night venue that tends to get busy as the night goes on. The RnB basement room is almost always packed and plays only tracks with a fantastic beat.
There are three bars to choose from plus a downstairs R&B cave known as The Crypt. The beat varies depending on the evening and the club offers different music nights including House, RnB, Old School, as well as all the favourite commercial hits. The club can get packed and the vibe is intense – especially in the infamous Crypt.
Unlike many clubs, Bushwackers also has a great outdoor area perfect for cooling down and having a smoke. This has become incredibly popular with people wanting a break from the indoor wildness and maybe just catch up with friends.
It’s a bit of a Worcester tradition to do the #SindenBush night. That means you start at Sin Nightclub in New street, owned by the same people, and around midnight head over to Bushies for the late shift. Most people arrive before 1.00am and stay until it closes at 4.00am. Like the infamous hotel California it’s hard to leave once you’re there. Bushies has been around for years and is something of a legend. If you’ve never let your hair down at Bushwackers then you’ve never partied properly in Worcester.
