Exclusive Interview With Aesthetics by Sian
Aesthetics by Sian has her very own little clinic based in the Hopmarket, Worcester, where she provides a wide range of dermal filler and skin treatments. She takes so much pride in her work and tries to give her clients the best possible experience and results. So let’s dive right into the interview and find out a bit more about her!
How did you start your business?
I have had filler treatments for a number of years, and i have always been interested in getting started in the aesthetics industry. I waited until I had been a qualified nurse for a reasonable length of time before I started researching all aspects of starting my own aesthetics business. I also researched aesthetics training academy’s and which ones would be most suitable for me.
How did you get into this industry?
I am an NMC registered nurse, and having that qualification opens a number of doors. I had a range of academys that I could choose from due to having my nursing qualification.
What do you enjoy most about being in your business?I love meeting new clients and seeing how happy they are after I have done their treatments. I have made so many new friends and met so many amazing people since doing this job. I have really missed my clients throughout lockdown.

Down to earth, bubbly, chatty
What is the best USP about your current business?
I think my clinic is the best unique selling point about my current business. I absolutely love my little shop. It’s very pink and girly, very ‘sian’, yet at the same time it’s both clinical and safe. I think it reflects my personality so well and is so welcoming.
What is your favourite local restaurant and shop?
I love Hanbao – especially the doughnut burger. I also love Make and Mend in the Hopmarket – there is so many unique and cute things in there to buy.
What exciting things are happening in your business?
Well, I’m bringing out my new skincare range within the next few months, doing some masterclass training with some of the leading practitioners in the UK, and im doing more training in different treatmentsa to offer.
What motivates you?
Definitely looking back at how far I have come. I am so proud of myself and what I have achieved. My lovely clients also motivate me – they like my posts on social media daily and send me the most lovely messages.
What would you say would be your biggest achievement to date?
Getting my nursing degree 100%. I worked so hard for it.
